The reminda renegades is our SUPER-sized, pirate themed internal physical health program where our renegades complete challenges to collect gold doubloons…real metal, no plastic in sight! Each month new fierce or funny challenges are set. The team work together to stay motivated on their fitness goals, so they feel better and live better. Whether you are walkin or watchin, we think a bit of nonsense and a chuckle are good for everyone’s health.
