We’re very excited to welcome Michael Quinn to our team as Head of Operations. Michael has more than 10 years’ experience in debt recovery across a broad range of industries and comes to us from Austral Mercantile, part of QBE Insurance Group, where he held the role of National Commercial Collections Manager.

A key objective of his new role will be focusing on innovation and process refinement so that we can continue to find new and better ways to fulfil our purpose of making tricky customer conversations easier. He is a passionate senior manager with a record of exceeding company objectives by promoting a positive work culture, developing and implementing successful strategies and frameworks, and efficiently managing customer experience, personnel, projects, and administrative functions.

Outside of work Michael loves the outdoors, camping and hiking. He is also a passionate rugby union fan, and still plays weekend footy for his beloved Redfield Old Boys Rugby Club.
